Greetings with Acts 3:19-21 (KJV): “Repent ye therefore, and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out, when the times of refreshing shall come from the presence of the Lord; And he shall send Jesus Christ, which before was preached unto you: Whom the heaven must receive until the times of restitution of all things, which God hath spoken by the mouth of all his holy prophets since the world began.”

We have entered a new era, some call it “The Third Day,” others call it “The Closing of the Days of the Gentiles,” and still others call it “The Manifestation of the Sons of God,” or “The Elijah Company,” but I see it as “The Day of Restitution of All Things.”

This is The Day St. Paul wrote about in Romans, Chapter 8, when he said, “That’s why I don’t think there’s any comparison between the present hard times and the coming good times. The created world itself can hardly wait for what’s coming next. Everything in creation is being more or less held back. God reins it in until both creation and all the creatures are ready and can be released at the same moment into the glorious times ahead. Meanwhile the joyful anticipation deepens.

“All around us we observe a pregnant creation. The difficult times of pain throughout the world are simply birth pangs. But its not only around us, its within us. The Spirit of God is arousing us within. We’re also feeling the birth pangs. These sterile and barren bodies of ours are yearning for full deliverance. That is why waiting does not diminish us any more than waiting diminishes a pregnant mother. We are enlarged in the waiting. We, of course don’t see what is enlarging us. But the longer we wait, the larger we become, and the more joyful our expectancy.

…“He knows us far better than we know ourselves, knows our pregnant condition, and keeps us present before God. That’s why we can be so sure that every detail in our lives of love for God is worked into something good.” (Romans 8:18-28, Message Bible).

Everything is on schedule! That is why we do not have to worry about anything — the good or the bad. God has a plan, and that plan includes you and me. The plan is as old as the world; in fact, it was laid out in the Great Council Room of Heaven before the world was created.

These are the days of the beginning of RESTITUTION. In the Bible the word “restitution” means, “to return to the starting point, to bring back home again, to recover, to restore to its former or natural state.” God gave me a revelation of how close we are to “going down to the enemy’s camp and getting back all that the devil has stolen from us.”

In Joel 2:25 (KJV) God has promised us, “I will restore to you the years that the locust hath eaten, the cankerworm, and the caterpillar, and the palmerworm,”

Not only will He restore the things we have lost, He will restore the years that have been wasted. Not only will He restore the years, He will restore us. We shall gain back everything we lost through the “fall of man.”

He shall bring us all “back home again”…back to the Garden of Eden, to Paradise, to life, to happiness, to love, to communion and fellowship with Himself. It is all coming back!

Together with it will come the ability to forgive others for the wrongs we have suffered from them, and harmony and peace. There will be no need of divorce, or separation; no lack of communication with those who once were close to us but are now separated by a barrier of pain, unforgiveness and lack of repentance.

It is coming soon! We can feel the travail of the Holy Spirit within us for God to hasten the day. We are like Mary on her way to Bethlehem, great with Child — for The Christ Child, the Son of God within us, Whom we have been waiting for is about to be born. And when He comes forth the heavens will ring out the good news, “Peace on earth, and Good-will to all men.”

I HAVE RETURNED TO ARKANSAS FROM CANADA: What a glorious All-Nations Convention we had. It was our second All-Nations Convention, our first one was in Jerusalem in 1999. The hotel was packed and we even had to move some people into another hotel. Our speakers were: Kenny Blacksmith, Carol Morris, General Georges Sada, Loren Sandford, Sadhu Sundar Selvaraj and myself. Each one had a powerful message from God. People came in from many different nations and I was happy to see so many come up from the United States. Everybody said it was like another World Convention. Visiting angels and some of the old testament prophets were seen in our midst. Surely these are the last days and we are beginning to see signs and wonders. I am so glad that the End-Time Handmaidens and Servants are in the middle of what God is doing today. Our next All-Nations Convention will be held in the same hotel, Canad Inn, Winnipeg, August 11-15, 2008. Mark this date on your calendar you won’t want to miss it. We were delighted that God TV came all the way from Jerusalem to film the Convention and it will be going out worldwide.

THANK YOU FOR PRAYING FOR MY HEALING: My orthopedic doctor took X-rays of my broken femur bond, (left leg just above the knee) and was very pleased with the progress. He said I am over 90% healed…RESTORATION! So you will soon be seeing me board the planes for the nations, where my heart is.

I WARN YOU! I warn you, if you do not get back into the old paths, where you once walked with God, you are going to miss out with God, and you will be excluded from the End-Time Army of the Lord. God has shown me by the Spirit of God that some of my End-Time Handmaidens have lost their anointing, and they do not know it. They are like Sampson — he did not realize that the Spirit of God had departed from him (Judges 16:20).

The fire of God has gone out in the hearth, and you do not know it because there are still a few sparks left. But I am praying that God will take His fan in His hand and fan you even through tribulations, if necessary, so you can once again become ablaze with the Glory of God.

Let us all “Prepare to meet our God.” Something BIG is going to happen real soon, and real suddenly. It took only four seconds for the bridge to collapse on I-35 in Minneapolis.
